This green juice will help you keep your stomach flat, reduce bloating, improve your digestion, and give you more energy throughout the day! I drink it on an empty stomach 15-20 minutes before breakfast. I strain it to make it easier to drink on an empty stomach, but you can also drink it unstrained if you want to fill up.

Ingredients:

  • 1 green apple
  • 1/2 cucumber
  • 2 celery stalks
  • A few leaves of mint and cilantro
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 2-3 pieces of ginger (you can also use powdered ginger if you don't have fresh ginger)
  • 20 ml of apple cider vinegar
  • 1 glass of water
