This green juice will help you keep your stomach flat, reduce bloating, improve your digestion, and give you more energy throughout the day! I drink it on an empty stomach 15-20 minutes before breakfast. I strain it to make it easier to drink on an empty stomach, but you can also drink it unstrained if you want to fill up.
Ingredients:
- 1 green apple
- 1/2 cucumber
- 2 celery stalks
- A few leaves of mint and cilantro
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- 2-3 pieces of ginger (you can also use powdered ginger if you don't have fresh ginger)
- 20 ml of apple cider vinegar
- 1 glass of water
